{"id":6861,"date":"2020-04-13T16:07:14","date_gmt":"2020-04-13T16:07:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mhhcinc.com\/blog\/?p=6861"},"modified":"2021-07-29T16:08:33","modified_gmt":"2021-07-29T16:08:33","slug":"bringing-nature-indoors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mhhcinc.com\/blog\/blog\/2020\/04\/13\/bringing-nature-indoors\/","title":{"rendered":"Bringing Nature Indoors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A mindful approach through meditation to overcome the anxiety and fear caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Many of us, particularly essential workers- are in the middle of the unprecedented times of our lives; and it may be taking a toll on our mental or physical health. <\/strong>Relaxing with nature can bring the body, soul and mind in alignment.<\/p>\n<p>One such way to make this happen is through simple MEDITATION SESSIONS while sitting in front of a Glass Window\u2026<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Find a window, where you can look out into greenery and have full view of nature at its best.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on one spot, you like most and sit comfortably.<\/li>\n<li>Take a deep breath in through your nose &amp; exhale slowly through your mouth &#8211; Repeat this process 10 times<\/li>\n<li>Chant a prayer in your mind while breathing\u2026\n<ul>\n<li>May God help me to be safe.<\/li>\n<li>May our planet be safe.<\/li>\n<li>May the Planet return to normal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sit calmly and quietly for 5 minutes and imagine that everything is peaceful &amp; Safe while taking deep breath &amp; exhaling slowly<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While following this kind of meditation you will find that your body, mind and soul are no longer a hurdle but align together as a tool to elevate your consciousness to be peaceful and calm at all situations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A mindful approach through meditation to overcome the anxiety and fear caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
