Spring and summer bring with them the perfect opportunity for seniors to embrace the beauty of nature and engage in outdoor activity while enjoying the warm sunshine. This summer we planned a Summer Fun Event for our seniors at Schaumburg ADS backyard. During the summer season, the sun&#8217;s rays provide a natural source of vitamin D, which is crucial for a senior&#8217;s bone health. Spending time outdoors allows seniors to soak up the essential minerals and vitamins and maintain optimal levels. In this season during summer their faces are highlighted with positive impacts. They danced to live music. Enjoyed different outdoor games in different stalls and enjoyed street food with their friends. Summer fun has positive impacts on the overall well-being of seniors.
