What we do
Metro Home Health Care offers a coordinated plan of care and services, under the supervision of the physician, to patients who might otherwise require continued hospitalization or other institutional care. The availability of services provided by our team of specially trained health care professionals makes it possible for patients to continue their recuperation at home. It is also available to individuals who have not been recently hospitalized if they still meet the eligibility criteria.
